Internship Registration

This form is intended to collect information from students interested in participating in the 2025-2026 Youth Activist Internship Program. Our internship program is designed for students in the 7-12 grades. Please ensure all fields are completed accurately to facilitate our selection process and ensure proper communication throughout the program.
